"Richard is such a good person. Although my water problem was something that was possibly not part of the company’s specialties, Richard said he’d come ASAP and check anyways. Within the hour he was at my house and checked the problems. It wasn’t something he could help with, but found the number of a company that specifically worked with wells for us. He was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I know who I’m going to call for my future plumbing problems. Thank you, Richard."

"My husband called. Richard answered. He was totally understanding and sent Derek, who arrived a short time after that. Derek knew exactly what to do to stop our toilet tank from leaking, saving us from an inflated water bill and preventing waste of that precious resource. Derek was ultra professional, polite and confident. He explained what he assessed to be the problem, what he would do to fix it, then did just that. PlumbRite is now the only plumbing service in our proverbial "rolodex". Thank you PliumbRite!"
