"After a few phone calls, I finally found an honest and reliable plumbing company. What should have been a simple job (tank plunger) felt like an opportunity for upselling with other companies, but that was not the case with Plumb-Rite. Richard communicated clearly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and even took care of a couple of other small issues while he was here. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust—we’ve officially found our new go-to plumbing partner."
