"Richie's friendly, no-nonsense, get-it-done "rite" attitude is very much appreciated. He could have told us some complicated solution to our issues and we would have believed him -- instead, he pleasantly surprised us by fixing 2 bathroom sink drains, a shower drain and a bathtub drain -- all in less than an hour. We really lucked out! Could not imagine finding an honest plumber like Richie on an emergency basis. Now that we have met him, he will be our first call in the Palm Beach County area, should the need ever arise."
