"Richard is such a good person. Although my water problem was something that was possibly not part of the company’s specialties, Richard said he’d come ASAP and check anyways. Within the hour he was at my house and checked the problems. It wasn’t something he could help with, but found the number of a company that specifically worked with wells for us. He was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I know who I’m going to call for my future plumbing problems. Thank you, Richard."
