"I needed a disconnect of my kitchen faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal for a recent counter top installation. I was given short notice by my countertop installer. A neighbor recommended Plumb Rite and I am so happy I reached out to them. First, they actually answered the phone on my first call. Most places these days never any and never call you back. Richard was helpful, explained everything to me, and was very nice. They came right on time and did a great job. I then needed them to come back to reconnect everything, install a new faucet, and new disposal. I didn’t know the exact date the counters would be done, but Richard said to give a call and he would get me in the schedule asap. I called the day the countertops were done and they fit me in the same day! I really never expected that and was so thrilled so I didn’t have to go any longer than necessary without a working kitchen sink and dishwasher. Mike was awesome when he came, right on time, clean and efficient work. I won’t hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs! Great service and communication!"

"Many things happened. They came and cleaned drain issue. Then jetted the lines next day. Then as propane tank was installed and broke main line to road. Well they came and repaired that and added clean out. They are just an exceptional service provider of drain and plumbing services. Email or call me anytime. They went above and beyond in many ways. Over a few days for us. And our issues."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called them frantically on Saturday afternoon when I noticed my toilet was overflowing onto the floor and going into my bedrooms. The owner was very nice and said he would get someone out to my place ASAP. In 40 minutes Mike arrived. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation. He even helped me clean up as much as he could and throw away all of the dirty towels that I had to use to soak up the mess. I can't recommend them enough!!! Also very reasonably priced. Definitely call them for any plumbing needs!"
